First, a huge THANK YOU to all neighbors who spoke at today's Environmental Planning Commission meeting regarding the proposed Dutch Brothers Coffee. We were able to protect the interests of the immediate residential areas in the following ways:
1. Outside music playing ONLY from 10am - 5pm and city noise ordinances must be met
2. 6ft wall on the North and East side of the Dutch Brothers to curb trash and noise3. 3ft wall on the West side of Dutch Brothers and East side of the second restaurant to curb trash and noise
4. More larger shade trees on the property, including ones to replace the elm trees on the north side. The north side elms will not be cut down until the new trees have matured. They are also mandated to keep some of the other existing mature trees on the property and tie them into the landscaping.
5. No lit signage on the north side of the Dutch Brothers building.
6. Traffic study to be completed
