2024/2025 Dues
We are collecting neighborhood association dues for 2024/2025 . If you have not paid dues yet for your household, please download the membership form and mail that in. The dues are $10 per household and help pay for communal area cleanups, social events and association expenses.
Sky View Acres
The Sky View Acres Neighborhood Association (SVANA) was created in 1988 to fight the installation of high voltage power lines along two edges of the neighborhood. The Association successfully worked with Bernalillo County to have the lines moved to their current location along 528 and has since worked to protect the interests of our neighborhood.
