Sky View stop lines coming soon

A quick message to let you know a Bernalillo County road crew will be in the neighborhood in the next few weeks to paint white lines at the main two Sky View stop sign intersections. These lines will indicate to drivers where exactly to stop on the road when stopping for the signs. The white lines are being added because folks regularly run or roll through our neighborhood stop signs and thehope is this added visual indicator will get more people stopping.

I'll also take this opportunity to ask everyone to be extra vigilant at stopping at these signs. They are in place to keep us all safe and as the weather gets warmer more and more neighbors are out walking.
